Printed to Order Items
Each item is printed specifically for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns due to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or style
Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we will gladly exchange it.
To ensure a smooth exchange:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Once the defect is verified, we will remake or replace the item at no cost to you.
Shipping Errors
If you receive the wrong item, size, or color due to our mistake, we will correct the issue promptly and cover all associated shipping costs.
What Is Considered a Defect
A defect includes issues such as:
- Broken components
- Incorrect personalization compared to your order
- Structural flaws that affect function or durability
